Summer Learning Journey Challenge 2 Day 2
For this activity, let’s imagine that you were Neil Armstrong.
On your blog, write a short poem describing how you felt when you first set foot on the moon. Here is a link to some different poetry forms.

Hey again,
ReplyDeleteIt's me Toe'umu, from the other comment on your blog post! Nice job on your poem, I like how you've also added an image under your poem. Nice work Adriana. Maybe next time you could try giving some credit on your images! Nice work again Adriana.
Sincerely,
Toe'umu.
Tena Koe Adriana,
ReplyDeleteThank you for completing day 2’s activity 2 for this week! I really enjoyed reading your poem about how you would feel if you were the first person to land on the moon. I can’t even imagine what Neil Armstrong was feeling when he first landed on the moon all those years ago - he really is one outstanding man and he must’ve had the best stories about his experience.
I really like that you chose to make a Haiku poem today, just remember when you’re making a Haiku poem that you count out the syllables in each line otherwise it is not a Haiku poem. Remember it is 5 syllables in the first line, 7 in the second line and 5 in the third line. You can even try to clap out the syllables to help you check!
Have a go editing your post so that you have a successful Haiku poem :)
Blog ya later,
