That's really funny though, I literally just cut up some potatoes, seasoned them and put them in the oven.
For seasoning, I used salt, pepper, garlic salt, mixed herbs, Jamaican jerk seasoning and a little bit of rosemary I think. I just remembered I forgot the chili flakes!
