Today we were learning how to put together sentences.

Today at school we learnt about how to put together a proper sentence.
I felt good after understanding what this meant.
 I feel I am getting beater at complex sentences.
I feel that I need to work on compound sentences.
I didn't really like writing simple sentences because I made me feel like a baby.

Today we learnt about the 3 different types of sentences there are simple, compound and complex

A SIMPLE SENTENCE has One piece of information

A COMPOUND SENTENCE has two simple pieces of info, joined by a conjunction and comma.

A COMPLEX SENTENCE has two pieces of information but starts with a conjunction and is joined with a comma.
